We become your HR team, working with you in person and remotely on your day-to-day people practices, without the heavy overheads of employing an in-house HR solution.

We slot in as your dedicated team at different levels, partnering with you each day to support your business and people. Our team can deliver work in person and/or remotely. Our preference is to be in person so we can build solid relationships with you and your people.

For clients with smaller budgets, we offer a retained service where you can access monthly remote advice and support from our HR experts via an HR inbox system.

Project Work

For a fixed fee we will work with you on a brief to get the work done.

We often get asked to help HR teams who are stretched or businesses who need some extra resource on a defined scope of work. 

Project work we have delivered includes: Management Training, Team-building workshops, organisational restructures, gender pay gap reporting, engagement surveys and building a new appraisal system.

Pay As You Go

Being a commercial partner has always been important to us, and we know that some clients need ad hoc advice without being tied into a retainer. 

For clients who want that ad hoc advice we charge £200 per hour, providing advice around performance issues, long term absences, managing a grievance process etc.

Bulk Hour Purchase

For clients who like our pay as you go service, we offer a discounted price on our hourly rate for a bulk hour purchase. 

For £5,000 our clients get 27 hours of ad hoc support to spend within 12 months.
