Our People + Culture

Our founders spotted an opportunity in 2010 to build an HR consultancy offering forward-thinking businesses a flexible and commercially-savvy way to access People + Culture experts.

We've witnessed businesses suffer from not investing in the right people and culture foundations, and we've seen the incredible results when businesses get it right. We are people experts who know what great cultures look like.

Built on our fundamental goal of creating great places to work, JourneyHR partners with predominantly founder-owned organisations to deliver HR and Strategic Talent solutions that add value from day one. Our consultancy remains committed to its core values of flexibility and creativity, working with a wide range of organisations to build inclusive and fulfilling company cultures.

Our co-founder talks to Planet K2’s founder about the importance of a strong organisational culture, why it matters to her and how she brings it to life at JourneyHR.
