Parent coaching is an opportunity for working parents to work through some of the challenges and pressures that arise from juggling the polar worlds of raising a family whilst managing a professional role.

‘Return to Work’ coaching specifically offers parents who are returning after extended maternity/paternity leave an opportunity to work with an independent coach who supports them in preparing for their return to work, across the transition time and beyond. It is different to regular coaching in that it isn’t a long-term engagement but specifically to support this moment in their professional journey.
