Our approach to Bulk Hours
Some of our smaller clients don’t require a monthly retainer, and ad-hoc support hours alone can feel far too reactive and impersonal.
That’s where our bulk hours package comes in. You can purchase a set number of hours to use at any time throughout the year, perfect for projects, ad-hoc queries, or additional support as needed. Plus, we’ll include a few bonus hours free of charge.

What size business would suit this service?
This works particularly well for businesses with up to 20 employees people, where HR needs are growing but there isn’t the budget or requirement for a full in-house team.
Can I access your team when I need them?
Yes — you’ll have agreed hours and access to your dedicated HR team via email, Teams/Zoom/Google Hangouts, phone, and in-person, which we really enjoy.
Who does your team report into in my business?
We’ll agree a reporting structure with you — whether that’s a business owner, COO, or senior manager — to ensure seamless communication and accountability.
