Our workplace mediation process

We offer structured, flexible support led by qualified mediators with deep HR expertise.

1. Initial consultation (1 hour)
We speak with your HR lead or a senior representative to understand the context.

2. Private sessions with each party (1 hour each)
We explore the dispute, clarify expectations, and introduce the benefits of mediation.

3. Joint mediation session (approx. 2 hours)
Both parties meet (virtually or in-person) to have a structured, facilitated conversation focused on resolution.

4. Agreement and follow-up (up to 2 hours)
Where appropriate, we help document the agreement and check in post-mediation to ensure ongoing success.
